„Benny Urquidez urodził się w 1952 roku w San Fernando w Kalifornii.
Jego ojciec był meksykańskim bokserem zawodowym,a matka uprawiała zapasy w stylu wolnoamerykańskim,a jego starszy brat Arnold ćwiczył judo i karate.
Benny zaczął treningi boksu pod okiem swojego ojca juz jako pięciolatek,a później pod wpływem swojego brata Arnolda zaczął uprawiac dalekowschodnie sztuki walki.Wkrótce jako jeden z najmłodszych na świecie zdobył czarny pas w karate,a jako czternastolatek z powodu swych niezwykłych umiejętności miał mozliwość konfrontowania się z dorosłymi.Benny na drodze swojego dązenia do wszechstronności trenował również teakwondo i Kung fu.
W 1973 roku amerykańska sieć telewizyjna zorganizowała turniej w którym nieobowiązywały żadne reguły.Spotkali się tam przedstawiciele róznych systemów walki,ale najlepszy okazał się Benny Urquidez,który przy wzroście 168 cm i z wagą 64 kg pokonał wszystkich swoich oponentów w turnieju.W walce finałowej pokonał prawie dwukrotnie cięzszego od siebie Dana Goodsona-zapasnika z Hawajów.
Po tym sukcesie,który przyniósł mu sławę i uznanie,gdyz turniej oglądało kilka milonów telewidzów Benny wybrał się do Tajlandii,gdzie udało mu się pokonac najlepszych ówcześnie tajbokserów.Na Filipinach brał udział w walkach bez ograniczeń czasowych na tzw,"wymęczenie",a w Japonii zwycięzył niepokonanego Katsujuki Suzuki,a nastepnie Kunimatsu Okao.
Benny Urquidez w swej zawodowej karierze jako kickboxer odniósł 57 zwycięstw na ringu z czego 49 razy wygrywał przez nokaut.
Po zakończeniu kariery zawodowej otworzył w Van Nuys koło los Angeles szkołę sztuk walki nazywającą się "The Jet Center".”

If you have First Aid, it might be a good idea to hold on to your cloth. If you don't have a use for it, though just sell it.
Whether you need to keep uncommon and rare items or not, they're easier to determine. These items will be something you can use or something you can't. If you're a Mage and you find a rare two-handed sword you're not able to use it and should sell it someone who can. This will become easier as you level more in World of Warcraft.
